Tru By Hilton Prattville

The bed was super comfortable which is always extra points for me because a lot of times when I stay at a hotel. The beds are so hard I have trouble sleeping. The shower was nice because it was a real shower and it was so roomy.

Enjoyed the different type of hotel. More like a college dorm room. It was fun for a night. Dont know if i could do multiple day in the smaller type room. But over all i would definetly do another 1 maybe 2 night stay. TV was great, bathroom was a great size, and really enjoyed being able to see Montgomery off in the distance.

I chose to skip breakfast, but it looked wonderful. I love the new design - I didn't feel like I was in a traditional "hotel". Cheery, bright and pleaseant all around. The room was clean and everything worked to expectations. I had a better night's sleep than I usually expect from a hotel - and the price was surprisingly reasonable for the stay. Well done!

I always stay here when I come to Prattville. Our air conditioning this time was not working however we were moved to. another room .The desk associate was awesome she brought our new key room and a cart for our luggage. That is what I call customer service .My brother and his family were at the Holiday Inn for one night then they left the Holiday Inn and spent the next 2 nights at Tru.
